Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive? Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): typically 3–7 business days. Regional areas may take 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers? No — we require a physical street address for all deliveries.

Do you ship to remote areas? Yes, however for certain remote postcodes your order will be delivered to the nearest freight depot for collection. Additional freight charges may apply. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure about your postcode.

How is freight calculated for large or heavy items? Freight for bulky items (loading ramps, pallet jacks, scaffolding, etc.) is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the item dimensions. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, contact us with your postcode and the product you're interested in.

Do you ship internationally? No , we currently ship within Australia only.

Click & Collect

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse? Yes! We offer free click & collect from our Blacktown warehouse. Simply select click & collect at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Where is the warehouse located? Unit 1 / 10 Carnegie Place, Blacktown NSW 2148.

What are your warehouse hours? Monday–Friday: 7:00am–5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am–1:00pm Sunday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? If you need to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to items not returned in original packaging condition.

How do I start a return? Email us at info@toolsgalore.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
